- Fill any nail holes or gouges
Note: Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960 paint surfaces as they may contain harmful lead.
Application
Before applying we always recommend testing a small area of the surface to be treated to ensure you are happy with the finished results.
- Shake or stir well before application
- Apply using a synthetic bristle brush, roller or sprayer (for airless spraying, use a .017” tip and high-medium 2000-2500 PSI pressure)
- Ensure temperature is between 10° - 32°C
- Avoid working in direct sunlight
- Apply the first coat and allow to dry for 1 hour
- Apply a second coat, paint will fully cure in 7 days
- Normal application is 2 coats, however, an additional coat should be applied to areas of high exposure such as sills and fascia boards.
Note: Strong colours may require extra coats or a primer to achieve full strength and opacity we recommend using Bulls Eye 123 tinted to match the top coat. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
