Toupret Joint Filler 3 Hour is a high-performance powder filler specially formulated for plasterboard and drywall applications. With an extended 3-hour working time, this versatile filler allows you to tackle more joints in fewer mixes, perfect for professional finishers and decorators who need both flexibility and efficiency on site. Part of Toupret’s Plasterboard Finishing System, it’s ideal for jointing plasterboard, patching repairs, and filling over painted surfaces. It adheres strongly without the need for priming or sealing, is easy to sand and is suitable for use on gypsum plaster, plasterboard, drywall, and previously painted substrates. With no shrinkage, get a long-lasting, crack-free result that can be overcoated with any filler, paint, or wall covering.

Preparation
There is no need to prime or seal the surface before application.
Substrates to be prepared as per the current trade practices.
Substrates must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry.
Application
Mixing rate: add 420ml water per 1kg powder (42%)
- Add powder to water at room temperature. Stir until smooth.
- Apply manually using a coating blade or trowel. There is no fill depth limit. For normal applications, one coat is all you need. For extreme applications, more than one coat may be necessary.
- It can be painted 3 hours after application, depending on the substrate, coat thickness, and ambient conditions.
