Overview
A one coat modified bitumen roof coating, designed to give long lasting weatherproofing protection on a variety of roofing materials including felt, asphalt, tiles, slates, bricks and concrete. The specially developed formulation cures to form a flexible membrane that flexes with the natural movement of the roof and resists cracking and splitting. It can be applied directly to damp surfaces and protects against light rainfall in minutes. Proven to outperform conventional bitumen coatings.

Preparation
Always ensure the area to be painted is dry and free from dust, dirt and anything that may affect adhesion.
- Remove any loose chippings or flaking material.
- Neutralise any rusty corrugated metal with a rust treatment.
- Treat with a fungicidal treatment and remove any growth.
- Repair any structural faults.
- Any old felt blisters should be cut open and allowed to dry before securing the felt with tracks.
Application
Always perform a test on a small inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility, we recommend following the manufacturer's instructions found on the container.
- Stir well before use.
- Apply using a brush, roller or soft broom.
- Brush out to approximately 1mm thick.
- It is effective immediately and reaches full protection within 24 hours.
