Typical curing time for a 1 cm repair at 20 °C. Temperature and humidity may affect curing times.

Application

Remove all decayed or loose wood and pre-treat the area with DRY FIX® UNI to ensure proper adhesion.

• Using the EASY Q™ dosing gun (tab in the rear position), dispense DRY FLEX® 16 onto the mixing plate.
• With the EASY Q™ application knives, mix components A and B thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved.
• Spread a thin layer of the mixed DRY FLEX® 16 across the mixing plate to extend working time.
• Apply the product to the repair area, shaping as needed, and remove any excess immediately.
• Once cured, sand the surface lightly before applying your chosen paint or wood stain.
