ProDec Synthetic Slant Cut Lining Finch - Set of 4
Overview
These ProDec Synthetic Slant Cut Lining Finch Brushes are crafted from 100% synthetic filaments, providing smooth paint application with precision and control. The angled profile ensures optimal surface contact, making them perfect for detail work, touching up small scuffs, or accessing tight spots like window frames, corners, or areas behind pipework. Suitable for all paint types, including emulsions, gloss, satin, woodstains, and varnishes, the synthetic filaments offer sharper lines compared to pure bristle brushes. The brushes feature a rust-resistant stainless steel ferrule and a lightweight, ergonomic wooden handle for easy use.

Aftercare & Storage
Clean Immediately After Use: Wash the brush as soon as possible after use to prevent paint from drying on the filaments. Use warm, soapy water for water-based paints (like emulsions and gloss) or an appropriate solvent for oil-based paints.
Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all paint is removed by rinsing the brush thoroughly under running water or using a cleaning solution. Repeat as needed until the water runs clear.
Gently Reshape: After cleaning, gently reshape the bristles with your fingers to maintain the brush's shape and ensure smooth paint application next time.
Dry Properly: Hang the brush by its handle or lay it flat to dry. Avoid standing the brush on its bristles as this can cause them to bend or lose their shape.
Storage: Store the brush in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent the handle from warping and to keep the filaments in good condition.
Regular Maintenance: For synthetic filament brushes, it’s important to check the bristles regularly for any paint buildup. A gentle combing or brushing with warm water can help keep the filaments clean and intact.
