Overview

A tough exterior filler ideal for general outdoor repairs on masonry, concrete, & brickwork. It sets in 60 minutes to a grey waterproof and frost-resistant finish that will not shrink or crack. Suitable for any size/depth of repair it can accept bolts and screws once dry.

Can be used on interior surfaces in well-ventilated areas.

Preparation

Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may affect adhesion.

• Ensure the surface and cracks are free from any loose material.
• If the area to be filled is affected by mould, lichen, algae, or moss should be treated with Weathershield Multi-Surface Fungicidal Wash.

Application

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packet.

• Mix approximately 4 ½ parts filler to 1 part water.
• For very porous surfaces use slightly more water and moisten the area before application.
• Mix to a smooth paste.
• Only mix the required amount as the mixture remains workable for 15 minutes.
• Fill slightly proud, then smooth level with the surrounding surface before it sets.
• For deeper repairs above 10mm, build up in layers allowing to dry between applications.
• Once dry it can be painted, priming with a suitable alkali-resistant primer is recommended.
