Johnstone’s Trade Covaplus Vinyl Matt is a high-quality water-based matt emulsion perfect for interior walls and ceilings. Covaplus Vinyl Matt offers superior opacity with excellent hiding power, making it easier to cover surfaces with fewer coats. Tinted Colour Information

Tinted paint is custom mixed in house at Next Day Paint using our Jonhstone's Trade tinting machine. We mix the paint on site, which means we can offer our usual fast delivery with no extra delay. Tinted Colour Match paints can't be cancelled or returned as they are tinted to order.

Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.

Remove any loose or flaking material.
Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly.
Prime bare surfaces with the appropriate Johnstone’s Trade Primer

Application

Always test a small area of the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results

Stir thoroughly before use to ensure the paint is completely mixed.
Johnstone's Trade Covaplus Vinyl Matt can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer.
Seal absorbent surfaces with a coat of Johnstone’s Trade Covaplus thinned up to 10% with clean water.
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
If using more than one can of the same colour, intermix prior to use to ensure colour consistency.
Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C .
Additional coats may be required with certain colours, or attempting a wide colour change.
