Overview
Dulux Weathershield Exterior Quick Dry Satin is a water-based paint that is ideal for exterior wood & metal. It provides a durable mid-sheen that offers a 10 year weather protection guatantee, when surfaces are in good condition. It's formulated to create a flexible, mould resistant film that will resist cracking, keeping the paintwork looking better for longer.

Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.
- Sand down the surface to remove any flaking paint or any sheen from previous finishes
- Areas affected by mould, algae or fungi should be cleaned with an appropriate fungicidal wash.
- Prepare bare wood with Dulux Weathershield Exterior Preservative Primer.
- Prepare bare metal with Dulux Primer & Undercoat for Multi Surfaces.
- Any chips or cracks should be filled with an appropriate filler.
Application
Only apply in temperatures exceeding 10 degrees celsius and when there is no wet weather forecasted. Stir the paint thoroughly before you start to ensure an even distribution. We strongly advise you to test a small are before beginning, to ensure that you're happy with the colour and finish.
- Ensure the paint is stirred and completly mixed.
- Apply using a brush.
- Apply one coat to a primed surface.
- Allow to dry.

Store the paint in a dry place, protect it from extreme temperatures and keep the lid secured firmly
