Crown Trade Clean Extreme Anti-Bacterial Matt is a highly durable, stain-resistant coating designed for interior walls, ceilings, and trim. Formulated with independently tested SteriTouch® Silver Ion Technology, it actively defends against bacteria such as MRSA and E. coli, making it ideal for hygiene-sensitive environments. With a low-odour, washable satin-lustre finish, it is particularly suited for areas prone to condensation.

Recommended Use	Areas requiring a durable, low-odour, and washable finish with antibacterial protection, making it ideal for spaces prone to condensation.

Drying Time	Touch Dry in 1-2 Hours

Clean Up	Remove as much product as possible from the equipment before cleaning with water

Preparation

Make sure that the surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry. It is particularly important that new surfaces are fully dry.

All defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and wax must be completely removed.
Any surface defects should be filled with the appropriate filler

Application

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin. We recommend to test a small area before painting the entire surface to ensure compatibility
