Overview
Coo-Var Oil Remover is a water-based, powerful cleaner and degreaser. Formulated to be environmentally friendly and ideal for use on floors, walls and other hard surfaces. It will remove stubborn oil stains from concrete, brick and breezeblock or use to remove slip hazards following leaks and spills. Or it can be used in the cleaning process prior to acid etch or to prepare the surface for painting, sealing or other coatings.

Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry, and sound, ensure to thoroughly sweep the floor to remove any debris.
Application
We always recommend testing the area of the surface to be cleaned to ensure product compatibility.
- Apply liberally to the area to be cleaned and work well into the surface using a stiff brush.
- Leave to work for 20-60 minutes.
- Rinse the area well with a hose or washer.
- Clear away the remaining water and allow to dry before continuing with any preparation or finishing, this can take several days.
